Our partner is looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive to join their growing logistics and freight sales team. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with a strong network in the industry, a proven track record of closing deals, and the ability to build and maintain key client relationships. Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight industry.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
• Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight sales, or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of dry van and temperature-controlled services (FTL & LTL).
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Established relationships within the trucking and logistics industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
