Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development, identifying and securing logistics opportunities.
- Manage and grow client accounts, providing tailored freight solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in logistics, freight sales, or supply chain.
- Strong industry knowledge of air, ocean, and land freight services.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
