Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development, identifying and securing logistics opportunities.
  • Manage and grow client accounts, providing tailored freight solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in logistics, freight sales, or supply chain.
  • Strong industry knowledge of air, ocean, and land freight services.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
