Business Development Manager

Our partner, a leading provider of international freight forwarding solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand their global logistics services. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in ocean and air freight sales who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in industries such as retail, manufacturing, and FMCG.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, importers, and exporters, understanding their supply chain needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through a consultative and solution-based sales approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in international freight forwarding sales, with a strong focus on ocean and air freight.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network of contacts within industries that require global logistics solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a competitive market.
