Our partner, a leading provider of international freight forwarding solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand their global logistics services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in industries such as retail, manufacturing, and FMCG.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, importers, and exporters, understanding their supply chain needs.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through a consultative and solution-based sales approach.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years’ experience in international freight forwarding sales, with a strong focus on ocean and air freight.
- Proven track record of securing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Established network of contacts within industries that require global logistics solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a competitive market.
