Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure reliable transportation solutions
• Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize profitability while maintaining service quality
• Source new carrier partners to expand capacity and coverage across key lanes
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transit issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to match available freight with suitable carriers
• Stay informed about market conditions, capacity trends, and pricing fluctuations
• Maintain accurate records of carrier agreements, rates, and performance metrics
