Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily activities in our warehouse, ensuring that logistics and distribution operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position demands leadership, organization, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, and shipping

Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient flow of goods and maintain compliance with industry regulations

Lead, guide, and train warehouse staff in daily tasks

Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed to prevent injury and accidents

Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment rates to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other departmental managers to optimize processes

Prepare and manage budgetary allocations for warehouse operations

Analyze data to assess performance, discover logistical issues, and plan improvements
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage staff

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field
