Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily activities in our warehouse, ensuring that logistics and distribution operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position demands leadership, organization, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, and shipping

• Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient flow of goods and maintain compliance with industry regulations

• Lead, guide, and train warehouse staff in daily tasks

• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed to prevent injury and accidents

• Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment rates to ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with other departmental managers to optimize processes

• Prepare and manage budgetary allocations for warehouse operations

• Analyze data to assess performance, discover logistical issues, and plan improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage staff

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
