Delivery Consultant in Cheshire, England, UK

Atlas Global Talent is expanding, and we're looking for a focused and driven Delivery Consultant to join our internal team in Warrington! We're a specialist Logistics & Freight Forwarding recruitment agency operating across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, LATAM and Asia. Whether it's Temporary, Contract, or Permanent recruitment, our mission is simple: deliver quality, high-performing candidates to the global logistics industry.

What you'll be doing as a Delivery Consultant:

• Working exclusively on live roles passed through from our Business Development and Sales team
• Sourcing high-quality candidates across logistics and freight forwarding sectors
• Writing engaging job adverts and posting them across job boards, LinkedIn and social media
• Actively headhunting candidates not necessarily on the market for new opportunities 
• Screening CVs, conducting phone and video interviews, and creating detailed candidate profiles
• Refining CVs and producing professional cover sheets before submission to clients
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
• Providing feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process
• Managing candidate expectations, availability, notice periods, and offers
• Supporting successful onboarding and following up post-placement
• Updating and maintaining CRM records with all candidate activity and progress
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Staying up to date with industry news, salary trends and candidate movements
