Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of international accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and compliance with international regulations

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value

• Handle rate negotiations, pricing strategies, and documentation processes with accuracy and efficiency

• Keep informed on international trade developments, customs requirements, and global logistics trends

• Proven experience in international freight forwarding or logistics account management
