Atlas Global Talent is expanding — and we're looking for motivated 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our internal team in Warrington! We're a specialist Logistics & Freight Forwarding recruitment agency operating across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, LATAM and Asia. Whether it's Temporary, Contract, or Permanent recruitment, our mission is simple: deliver quality, high-performing candidates to the global logistics industry.

What you'll be doing as a 360 Recruitment Consultant:

• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Prospect and data sourcing through various channels
• Ongoing CRM development — logging sales data, candidate notes and activity
• Cold prospecting via phone calls, emails, social media and client visits
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through business development
• Negotiating recruitment fees and fee structures with hiring managers
• Taking detailed job briefs and providing consultative support
• Writing job adverts and sharing them via job boards, social media, and our website
• Sourcing high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and our CRM
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for client vacancies
• Refining CVs and creating tailored candidate cover sheets before submission
• Coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting successful onboarding
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of clients and candidates to hit performance targets
• Keeping up to date with trends in the logistics and freight forwarding industry

• Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Offers a better work/life balance with sociable hours

• Hours: 1pm – 9pm, Monday to Friday
• Less work/life balance due to later working hours
• Higher earning potential due to higher average fees/salaries
