Sales Executive in Cheshire, England, UK

Atlas Global Talent is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our internal team in Warrington! We're a specialist Logistics & Freight Forwarding recruitment agency operating across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, LATAM and Asia. Whether it's Temporary, Contract, or Permanent recruitment, our mission is simple: deliver quality, high-performing recruitment solutions to the global logistics industry.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Executive:

• Generating new business opportunities across logistics and freight forwarding sectors
• Prospecting potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify target clients
• Developing warm leads and inbound inquiries into active client accounts
• Attending video calls, client meetings, and on-site visits to build commercial relationships
• Negotiating terms of business, recruitment fees, and service structures
• Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to account development
• Onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth handovers to the delivery team
• Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell recruitment services
• Keeping detailed records of outreach, meetings, agreements, and pipeline progress via CRM
• Staying current with logistics and freight market developments to align strategy

• Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

• Higher earning potential due to higher client fees and candidate salaries
